DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE: Tonight’s event\, originally scheduled in Grafton\, has been MOVED TO OUR RAIN SITE: Horowitz Hall at Vermont Academy\, 10 Long Walk\, Saxtons River\, VT 05154. Due to weather and safety concerns\, including poor ground conditions from recent downpours\, we’re unable to safely access and set up on Grafton Fields today. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience. \nDoors open at 5:30 (no picnicking). Concert start 7:30. There are no fireworks after the concert. \nThe rain site capacity for this event is SOLD OUT. \nWe hope to see you this evening or at a future VSO event soon! \nCome feel the love with the Vermont Symphony Orchestra as we embark on our 2025 Summer Festival Tour. This year’s dynamic program\, Summer of Love\, features works from across the world and a range of genres\, including pieces from Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet\, John Williams’ Star Wars Theme\, Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story\, and pop hits such as “I Put A Spell On You” and “Nature Boy.” This summer the VSO welcomes mezzo Nikola Prinz as the tour’s special guest vocalist.  \nAn annual VSO tradition\, the Summer Festival Tour celebrates music\, community\, and the summer season. This year’s tour will take place from July 1-6\, 2025 in the following locations: Castleton\, Grafton\, East Burke\, South Pomfret\, Shelburne\, and Stowe.
